Learn to take excellent care of yourself

   What does "wellness" mean to you, as a person living with chronic pain? Being "well" does not mean we are pain free. Nor are we free from the chronic illness or condition with which we are diagnosed. So can we be "well"? When discussing the concept of "wellness" it seems to be defined by a balance between the roles and duties we have in life. From work and family, to doctors appointments, therapies and pharmacies; it is easy to feel the stress build up. So how do we find a balance? Begin by taking excellent care of yourself. As a chronic pain patient one of the ways you can take care of yourself is to increase your awareness of your body and your emotions. Let me teach you how to do this! It will only take a few moments, literally less than two minutes. The process is explained in my "Quick-start Guide to Increasing Self Awareness"  and will  help  anyone with chronic pain or chronic illness learn to take excellent care of themselves.
